The Walking Dead's Sonequa Martin-Green Lands Role On New Girl

Sonequa Martin-Green will be guest-starring on Fox's New Girl this spring.

She'll be playing Rhonda, "Winston's (Lamorne Morris) new girlfriend, an Army Reservist, who is just as bad a prankster as Winston is," Entertainment Weekly reports, "and who Schmidt (Max Greenfield) very much doesn't want Winston bringing as his plus-one to his and Cece's (Hannah Simone) upcoming wedding."

Sonequa Martin-Green has appeared in Once Upon a Time and The Good Wife, but she is best known for playing Sash on AMC's hit-television series The Walking Dead.

The Walking Dead makes its Season 6 midseason premiere Sunday, February 14 on AMC.
