The Courthouse News Service states that Lucasfilm has filed a subpoena request against the popular image-hosting website ImageShack in an attempt to track down a user for posting a leaked image from Star Wars: The Force Awakens back in October.

The documents are seeking identifying information pertaining to the user "Darth_Simi" for posting a leaked image of a character from Episode VII back on October 29, 2014, according to Jedi News. That user posted what purported to be a test photo or concept art of one of the film's villains, complete with a peek at the crossguard light saber which later turned out to be real.

There had been several leaks of concept art leading up to the first official reveals from the film, but so far it appears only this one is headed to court.

Star Wars: The Force Awakens will be in theaters in December.
