With bold predictions that Star Wars: The Force Awakens will shatter box office records, it seems implausible that the film isn't the most-anticiated movie of 2015.

That's just what a new poll of moviegoers revealed, though; more fans reported looking forward to The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2 than Star Wars: The Force Awakens.

Piedmont Media Research polled 3,000 people about upcoming fall movies and found that two of the three most-anticipated films since they started polling will be coming out in the fall.

Variety reports that Piedmont rates consumer engagement on a scale of zero to 1,000. Mockingjay Part 2 scored a 514 rating, beating last summer's Avengers: Age of Ultron (509), as the biggest score ever. The Force Awakens scored a 495 rating. It also had the best score ever among males at 553. Females rated it at 383.

You can keep track of these and all the films you're looking forward to with ComicBook.com's movie release calendar.
