As previously reported on Comicbook.com, Marvel has released a new character poster of The Mandarin for Iron Man 3. What's even more interesting though is that Empire Magazine has uncropped original art from The Mandarin poster, which helps reveal a couple new details. Here are five things we noticed about The Mandarin poster. 5. Blue Helmets – There appear to be two blue helmets in the poster, one right next to The Mandarin and one hanging on the wall behind him. At first glance, these blue helmets could be Captain America's World War II helmets, which would match up with The Mandarin's Captain America tattoo. However, we're betting that they are actually United Nations helmets. The blue helmet close to The Mandarin appears to have the letters UN on it, and there are dog tags hanging next to each of the helmets. Because the helmets appear to be shot up, they might be trophies that The Mandarin took after killing UN soldiers. 4. Iron Man Mask – While covered up by lettering in the poster, the original art reveals that The Mandarin is propping his foot up on a heavily damaged Iron Man helmet. Perhaps, the helmet is a souvenir from The Mandarin's attack on Tony Stark's Malibu mansion. 3. Fin Fang Foom – We've heard rumors that Fin Fang Foom appears in Iron Man 3 in some form or fashion. While we're not expecting to actually see Iron Man battle a giant dragon, maybe the Fin Fang Foom appearance is meant to be an Easter Egg for fans. Could the dragon on the wall behind The Mandarin be meant to be Fin Fang Foom? 2. Smoke – While some are seeing Fin Fang Foom on the wall behind The Mandarin, others are seeing Fin Fang Foom in the smoke. The smoke curling up from the incense burning in the background does appear to be taking shape. Of course, it sort of looks just as much like the letter "S" as it does a dragon. 1. Sunglasses – One of the things that stands out about The Mandarin is that he's wearing sunglasses. Not just any sunglasses mind you, but the sunglasses look almost exactly like the sunglasses that Ton y Stark has been seen sporting in previous Iron Man movies. Could the sunglasses be another souvenir that The Mandarin decided to take?
