Avengers Director Joss Whedon Takes ALS Ice Bucket Challenge, Nominates Royal Family Except For The Baby

Ever the jokester, Avengers and Avengers: Age of Ultron director Joss Whedon added some humor to his ALS Ice Bucket Challenge.

"I've been challenged by Brett [Dalton] and Ming-Na [Wen] to do this, two very lovely, two very fired people," said Whedon. "I'm going to take this challenge. I'm also going to donate to this organization. Please think about doing it yourself."

Whedon added, "It's a worthy cause, as I am going to prove right now by following in the footsteps of fools."

After taking the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge, Whedon nominated Lin-Manuel Miranda, Summer Glau, and the entire Royal Family. Whedon said, "That's right, all of you, except the baby. Don't do that to a little baby. That's mean."

The ALS Ice Bucket Challenge helps to raise money and awareness for ALS charities.
