'Supernatural' Recap With Spoilers: "The Rising Son"

Part 1
Sam and Dean ask Donatello if he is okay. They ask the man why he is there, and Dean has to level with the man. Donatello says he retired after God left, but the prophet says he met a weird wave of power. The man says it was a new power, and it seems the source was Jack. Donatello asks who Jack is, and Sam explains he is a nephilim. Donatello says he met Jack's father Lucifer, but the boy has very different power from his dad; It isn't dark.
Jack needs to be protected from forces of evil, so they tell him he needs to get a tattoo. They give him the sigil of protection while Dean and Sam argue about what happened. The tattoo artist is blown away when Jack lashes out with pain, and Dean tries to help the artist give it another go. It works this time, and Jack is able to wear the sigil with pride. Sam says it looks good, but then the tattoo disappears into Jack along with his birth mark. Dean seems to think the occurrence is a sign of Jack's evil.
A demon is then seen spying on the guys. Sam and Donatello try to defend Jack while Dean says Jack is evil. They have a fight about nature versus nurture, and Donatello says teaching him is not in the card. Jack looks upset by what Dean has to say, an he teleports himself into the alley. He thinks back to Kelly when he was in the womb, and Sam finds the boy sitting outside. The Winchester seems sorry, but Jack says he is sorry if he made everyone angry. He wanted to be away from it all, and he learned he could suddenly teleport.
Sam tells Jack he has special skills, but the boy just needs to get a grip on it. Sam tells Jack to not take Dean and his words seriously. The hunter explains they need to protect Jack and also protect the world from the nephilim. Jack says he may not be worth the effort, but Sam says he is because Kelly, Castiel, and himself think he is worth it.
With Dean, the show catches up with him in a bar. The hunter has a conversation with the bartender. She says kids always wind up wanting their old man's approval, and Dean says he can relate. He goes to take a walk, and fans learn the bartender was actually Asmodeus. He murdered the actual worker to get close with Dean and find Jack.

Sam meets up with Donatello back in the hotel, and he asks how Jck has been doing. The prophet says he is an interesting kid, and Sam shares his research with Donatello. A nephilim gets more powerful when they are attached to the angel who sired him, but the two have yet to grow close. Sam hopes he can mold the boy.
Back in the Apocalypse World, Mary is encountered by a survivor of the area. She tells him that she is a hunter, and the man throws holy water on her to ensure she is not a demon or an angel. The hunter then explains the wars which have been taking over the world, and he says it is the angels. He then makes a move on the hunter because he has never seen a female hunter, but she fights back. Lucifer then appears and punches his fist through the hunter's chest. He wants to stick with her to get back to the real world so they can both get their boys back. Lucifer then tortures her when she asks if he thinks Mary will let her win; She doesn't really get a say in the matter.
Back on Earth, Sam and Dean meet back up. Sam says they need a parenting conversation because they are not on the same page. Dean wants to argue, but Sam says he knows what is going on. The Winchester says Dean will not let Jack being evil go because he is still mourning the loss of Castiel and Kelly and more. Sam says they have been at rock bottom before but they fix it. Jack wants to do the right thing and is scared of both himself and Dean. Donatello interrupts the conversation, and the man says they need to talk about Jack. Sam says they just talked, but Donatello was not. It was actually Asmodeus who took the form of Donatello. When they go check on Jack, the boy has been taken.

Sam is panicking about who has Jack. They think it could be a shifter, but then Donatello starts moving. The prophet says the presence went this way, and Dean goes to get some gear. However, he is attacked by one of the Prince's demons. The pair fight, but the man is hard to take down. The demon tries to kill Dean but Sam stabs him before that can happen. They rush to Donatello, and the man is getting beaten by a demon; They take the baddie out to save their friend.
In a field, the show meets back up with Asmodeus and Jack. The Prince is still in disguise and tries to manipulate the nephilim. Donatello says God wants Jack to train himself and fulfill his destiny. He tells Jack a story about Hell, and Asmodeus says God wants Jack to set free an elite group of demons from the place. He has brought Jack to a place where he can save the people, but Jack seems conflicted. He wants to lease, but he cannot focus. Asmodeus pushes him, but the Winchesters are on their way thanks to Donatello.
The prophet says he can sense Asmodeus, but he isn't sure what he is. They learn the area they are in has it own Gate to Hell.
Back in the Apocalypse World, Lucifer and Mary are still walking around. The man wants to find Jack and can't stop harassing Mary. They are confronted by soldiers of angels. They say they can sense Lucifer because he stinks of Hell, but they don't believe who Lucifer says he is. They try to attack the man, but Lucifer decides to smite the angels because he gets annoyed. Another angel attacks them with fire, and a bright line is seen shining from the area. Mary and Lucifer watch as Michael approaches them.
Back on Earth, Asmodeus tells Jack to summon the evil forces for God. He winds up breaking open the gate bit by bit. The Winchesters drive faster to to reach them, but Jack comes close to opening the Gate. When the arrive, a presence appears to be opening the gate, but Sam tells him to stop. They learn who Asmodeus really is, and the man tries to kill the Winchesters. Asmodeus tells Jack the brothers want to contain him while he just wants to help. Jack is left to make a decision, and he tells Asmodeus to stop hurting his friends. The boy then uses his powers on the Prince of Hell and makes him disappear. Sam and Dean are stunned the boy will help him, but Jack just looks upset.

Back in the Apocalypse World, Michael confronts Lucifer and can feel his power. The angel wonders how this is possible, and Lucifer tries to explain what happened. Mary says nothing, and Michael says he killed his Lucifer and would not mind doing so again. Lucifer punches the angel, but Michael puts up an intense fight. When Lucifer asks what Michael will do, the angel says he may need the devil.
With Sam and Dean, the brothers are seen talking about Asmodeus. Sam then asks Dean to wait before he leaves, and he reminds Dean that Jack saved him. Dean refuses to think the boy meant to save them, but he seems to doubt himself. When he leaves the room, Dean walks down a hallway when he hears a noise. He finds Jack stabbing himself, but the boy cannot die. Dean asks what he is doing, but Dean wants to know why the boy is trying to kill himself. Jack asks what in the hell he is and admits he cannot control whatever powers he has. The boy admits he will hurt someone, and Dean says Sam thinks he can be saved. Jack knows Dean does not sure the thought.
If Dean is right, the hunter says he will be the one to kill Jack if it comes down to it. Jack is left by himself to think over the man's words.
