The Walking Dead Season 7A: Who Had The Most Screentime?
The Walking Dead's seventh season scattered its characters on a weekly basis. Rather than focus on [...]
5. Tara
Tara Chambler takes fifth place for the most screen time in Season 7.
After being absent for the first six episodes of Season 7, Tara was the focal point of an entire episode for week 6. She stumbled upon a new woman-only community after parting ways with Heath (who might never be seen again).
Later, Tara appeared in the final two episodes, if only briefly.
Tara's total screen time through Season 7 so far culminates to 46 minutes.
prevnext4. Daryl
Daryl Dixon may have spent the largest amount of his time locked away in a cell at Negan's Sanctuary but the little Dixon brother managed to squeeze into fourth place for total screen time.
Daryl racked up 48 minutes of screen time through the first eight episodes of Season 7.
When the show returns, Daryl will likely earn a bunch more time our TV screens as he and Rick will be plotting to take down their oppressor in Negan and his Saviors.
prevnext3. Carl
Carl did a lot of growing up in 2017. After witnessing Abraham and Glenn's deaths, the little Grimes boy decided it was time to take matters into his own hands.
After almost having his hand cut off in the premiere episode, Carl was a major factor in Episode 7x07 (Sing Me A Song), where he revealed his eyepatch and was manipulated by Negan after killing a pair of his men.
Through eight episodes of Season 7, Carl has earned 63 minutes of screentime.
2. Negan
It's no surprise that The Walking Dead's biggest showman clocks in at second place for the most screentime in Season 7.
From his introduction, Negan demanded to be the center of attention. Throughout his first eight full episodes, the new villain in town has killed a handful of survivors and manipulated several others. Very much in control of the environment, Negan racked up 110 minutes of screen time.
1. Rick
The Walking Dead's leading man is still just that. Though he might not be in charge at the moment, Rick Grimes managed to squeeze out the most facetime.
After being humiliated and broken in the Season 7 premiere, Rick proceeded to be bullied and oppressed as he bowed to Negan through almost the entirety of eight episodes. Finally, just before the season came to a close, Rick showed the first signs of standing up to Negan as he rallied his group for the first time.
Rick Grimes has been on our screens for 112 minutes in Season.
