A new preview for issue #166 of The Walking Dead comics has been released by series artist Charlie Adlard.
The previous issue of The Walking Dead appeared to be one of the series' most pivotal. Not only did Negan and Rick open up to one another and make efforts to save each other's lives but Andrea was last seen with an apparent zombie bite or scratch in her neck having saved Eugene from the herd.
The preview visits Andrea in the aftermath of the bite as she continues to carry out her duty of moving the herd, though it offers no actual insight into whether or not she was actually bitten or the wound is something she can recover from.
Interestingly, the herd which has trampled Alexandria is seen her being lit up by gunfire. Could a new group have arrived to help Rick and Alexandria out of the mess left upon them by the Whisperers or are the Saviors clearing the route to conquer Alexandria?

Given Rick's reaction to something going on in front of him, saying, "What the hell is this," it seems someone is up to something which he is not very fond of. All of the people hoping to see Negan carry out the anti-hero story line and truly align himself with Rick might be disappointed if he betrays the leader of Alexandria in favor of his Saviors who are looking to rise again under Sherry's lead.
