Zombies are good for tourism. At least that is what one Georgia town is discovering. Senoia, Georgia is the place where the third season of The Walking Dead was shot, and tourists have been flocking there to see the town of Woodbury in real life. It's proven to be such a boon for tourism that the state of Georgia even featured Walking Dead actor Andrew Lincoln on the 2013 Georgia Travel Guide, which is released in visitor information centers across the state. 750,000 copies of the guide are being distributed, which will unlikely be enough once Walking Dead fans start snatching up copies. Andrew Lincoln, who plays Rick Grimes on The Walking Dead, also had many positive things to say about Senoia, Georgia inside the guide. Lincoln said, "It's booming down here. It's the Hollywood of the South. I have nothing but praise for this place. I don't want to do this show anywhere else." The Walking Dead season three mid-season premiere airs on Sunday, February 10, 2013 starting at 9 PM ET on AMC.
