Star Wars Rebels: Hera Character Revealed

The final hero in Star Wars Rebels has been revealed (via Entertainment Weekly). That character is Hera, the Twi'lek pilot of The Ghost. "She is a very strong-minded character," says Rebels executive producer Dave Filoni, "kind of the heart of the group, keeps everyone together when they would otherwise fall apart." Hera is voiced by Vanessa Marshall (The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy). "Every time we get a script I'm breathless with anticipation," Marshall says, "because I want to see where we're going too." Star Wars Rebels is set between Episodes III and IV of the Star Wars Saga. The CG animated series will tell the story of how the Rebel Alliance first formed. The show will kick off this fall with a one-hour special on the Disney Channel, followed by a regular series on Disney XD.
