A Wrinkle In Time will hit theaters in March, but just in time for the new year Disney has released a new TV spot and motion posters for Ava DuVernay's anticipated adaptation.

The film stars Oprah Winfrey as Mrs. Which, Reese Witherspoon as Mrs. Whatsit, and Mindy Kaling as Mrs. Who, the three celestials who send Meg Murry (played by Storm Reid) along with her brother and friend on a mission to Meg's father, Dr. Alex Murray (Chris Pine.) The journey challenges Meg to "be a warrior," and that warrior sentiment is part of the film's greeting for the New Year. In each poster features the celestials reaching out and using their gifts to create their own "wrinkles" in time, represented by ripples moving across the poster's surface. You can check them each out below.

The TV spot also gives fans a brief glimpse of the celestials in action, but also reveals a taste of the action Meg, her brother Charles and their friend Calvin will encounter as they travel through space, time, and even alternate dimensions to save their dad -- as well as a journey that will make Meg a warrior, something that Reid previously told USA Today will see Meg becoming "one" with the universe.

"She becomes one with the light in the universe to be able to connect with her father and becomes a better Meg to be able to save the world," Reid said.

A Wrinkle In Time is based on the popular book by Madeline L'Engle and joins films like Kathryn Bigelow's K-19: The Widowmaker and Patty Jenkins' blockbuster Wonder Woman as live-action films with a budget of over $100 million helmed by female directors.

A Wrinkle In Time currently holds a 3.25 out of 5 on ComicBook.com's anticipation rankings, which you can vote in here.

A Wrinkle In Time roars into theaters on March 9, 2018.
