The finale of Season 6 of The Walking Dead hit fans hard, but they weren't the only ones.
Lauren Cohan, who plays fan favorite character Maggie on the show, spoke to The Wall Street Journal about how invested she was during the finale.
"I watched the episode and got gut-wrenched even though I knew what happened," she said. "It was pretty crazy, and I think that the fan reaction is definitely testament to the depth of that."
What makes it worse is that the entire cast is still in the dark as to who the victim will be, but if it happens to be Maggie, Cohan has already started coming to terms.
"If her time comes, it won't be unfulfilled."
While she will accept her death if it happens, that doesn't mean she wants to die.
"So I'm hoping it's an appendicitis."
