Benicio Del Toro Loves Family-Friendly Aspect of Star Wars: Episode VIII

Benicio del Toro is doing a new project with a beloved brand. No, not that one, he's actually promoting his work in a new Heineken campaign. In a featurette about his commercial with the beer company, he talked about that other project a little, too, though.

"They contacted me, they invited me to come to their dance," the actor said of his role in Star Wars: Episode VIII. "To do a movie in that world, the Star Wars world is a great opportunity to enjoy it with my daughter," he said of why he accepted it.

Del Toro's career has certainly been more focused on an R-Rated trajectory with films like Sicario, Sin City, and Snatch on his résumé. He did also recently play The Collector in Guardians of the Galaxy, however, for Lucasfilm's sister studio Marvel Studios.

His role in Star Wars: Episode VIII, which recently began principal photography, is being kept under wraps for now, though it's rumored to be a villainous character.
