It's just a little over a month before The Wolverine is set to debut in movie theaters, and director James Mangold has been hard at work putting the finishing touches on the film. Over the weekend, James Mangold tweeted, "As of 1am, the mix is complete. Finished. The color is timed. Done. Titles. Check. 3D will take one more week. Sigh. Gonna lie down." However, Mangold won't have much time to lie down with 2013 San Diego Comic-Con International only a little over three weeks away. It will be interesting to see if 20th Century Fox decides to give attendees a sneak peek at the film. Based on the celebrated comic book arc, this epic action-adventure takes Wolverine, the most iconic character of the X-Men universe, to modern day Japan. Out of his depth in an unknown world he faces his ultimate nemesis in a life-or-death battle that will leave him forever changed. Vulnerable for the first time and pushed to his physical and emotional limits, he confronts not only lethal samurai steel but also his inner struggle against his own immortality, emerging more powerful than we have ever seen him before. The Wolverine is scheduled to be released at movie theaters in the United States on July 26, 2013.
