The Flash Season 2 Extended Australian Teaser Released

The blue streaks continue in a new Australian promo for The Flash's second season.

A new "extended" trailer for CW's show has popped up online and it's very interesting seeing as this makes Australian trailer 2 for 2 with blue lightning and sparks following Barry's trail as he zooms around the globe. It's not exactly loaded with new footage but it's still piquing my curiosity.

After watching the CW's season 2 trailer for The Flash, which featured Jay Garrick, one has to wonder why the indications of the blue trail are only popping up in Australia. Of course, some countries see different marketing techniques for the same products, so it's a possibility this is just a marketing ploy being used for a different continent.

It's also a possibility though, that whatever The Flash did or experienced when he tried to stop the singularity from devouring his city in last season's finale altered (or possibly enhanced, even if temporarily) his abilities.

We'll find out for sure when The Flash returns on the CW October 6.
