This coming November, WWE legend Stone Cold Steve Austin is set to premiere the fourth season of his CMT show the Broken Skull Challenge. The 51-year-old superstar has given a preview of the challenging obstacles the competitors will face, and it looks seriously intense!

During an interview with The Wrap, Austin said: "The Skull Buster, there's going to be a couple of element changes there. In those first two, three seasons people got a look at that Skull Buster and started training specifically for it by almost replicating it in some shape or fashion. So we keep changing things up so … they get something different from what they expected."

One particularly intriguing obstacle is called The Dome. The challenge requires the participants to scale a wall and climb their way across the domed top of the structure in order to get back down to the ground.

After a long glorious stint with the WWE, Stone Cold has found a lot of enjoyment in his new role as the host of the CMT show.

"I love being in the outdoors," he said. "And we're out in the desert on top of a mountain so the surrounding is absolutely phenomenal. Then you bring in some of the best athletes from across the United States of America for some heavy duty competition. That's what I like the most about it."

After watching this preview you might just be motivated to get your workout on yourself. However, if you can't quite bring yourself to lace up your running shoes, Austin explained that the Broken Skull challenge is about much more than just stamina.

"Cardio doesn't have to be on a treadmill. You can walk around the block, you can walk up stairs," he said. "It's easy to find something to do … You can get online and create your own home workout routine in five minutes and do it in your driveway. But you've got to apply some consistency to it."

For all of the Stone Cold Steve Austin fans out there hoping that he will return to his roots and get back in the ring, you may not want to hold your breath on that one. One WWE legend just recently came out with a statement saying that we might have seen the last of Stone Cold in wrestling.

Season 4 of Steve Austin's Broken Skull Challenge premieres on CMT on November 13 at 9 p.m. central on CMT.
