We're one day closer to the San Diego Comic-Con panel for Call of Duty: WWII, where Sledgehammer Games is expected to lift the veil off its highly anticipated Zombies mode for the game. But that didn't stop the team from revealing yet another superstar that will be joining the cast – and it's Ving Rhames!

The veteran actor, who's appeared in such work as a variety of Mission: Impossible films, Pulp Fiction, and, most recently, serving as the spokesman for Arby's ("We have the meats!"), will be appearing at the Call of Duty panel when it takes place this Thursday. He'll be filling the role of Jefferson Potts, and while little is known about how involved his character is with the story, we'll be more than likely learning more in just a couple of days.

Previous members of the cast have been revealed earlier in the week, including David Tennant, Elodie Yung, Kathern Winnick and Udo Kier, who will be filling the roles of Drostan Hynd, Olivia Durant, Marie Fischer and Doktor Peter Glucksbringer, respectively. All four stars, alongside Rhames, are likely to be at the panel, discussing their roles in the upcoming mode.

Activision seems to be going all out when it comes to getting big name stars for the mode, and there's one more that's likely to be announced tomorrow, since we're still about a day away from the panel. And Sledgehammer is putting a lot of devotion into the mode to give it just the right amount of scares that it needs. After all, a number of its team members previously worked on the Dead Space series, so they know a thing or two about sheer tension.

Along with getting more backstory on the characters and plot, we're also likely to see the mode in action, and how well the gameplay will come together when it comes to fighting off the undead created by the Nazis, in the hopes of gaining leverage on its enemies in World War II. It's looking to be one hell of an addition to the game, we'll give it that.

Call of Duty: WWII releases on November 3rd for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC.
