According to The Lebanese Cinema Movie Guide, a teaser trailer for Fox’s The Wolverine will join a full trailer for Warner Brothers’s Man of Steel in screening before The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey on December 14.
The site also claims that reports which circulated earlier this month that a Star Trek Into Darkness trailer would screen with the film are false.
While it’s not commonplace for studios to give such high-profile advertising space to competitors’ big movies, it’s somewhat more difficult to be skeptical of this report after Disney gave a prime spot at the beginning of Marvel’s The Avengers to Warner for The Dark Knight Rises earlier this year.
