Marvel Comics Preview: Captain Marvel #10

by Russ Burlingame

Marvel Comics has released a preview of next month's Captain Marvel #10 by Kelly Sue DeConnick and Filipe Andrade.

The series, named one of the best new comics of 2012 by ComicBook.com, offers a great jumping-on point with this month's #9, the first issue in the series to feature a Marvel NOW! logo, according to DeConnick during our interview back in November. The next issue finds her crossing paths with Captain America, her teammate in Deconnick's similarly terrific run on Avengers Assemble.

Check out the cover at left and the solicitation text and images below.

Marvel is pleased to present your first look at Captain Marvel #10 from the red-hot creative team of Kelly Sue DeConnick and Filipe Andrade! When Captain Marvel finds herself with her feet firmly planted in the ground, she must dig deep in order to find a way to get back in the air! But what keeps the super hero from being super heroic and who wants her to stay that way? Find out in Captain Marvel #10 including a guest appearance by Captain America, this February!
