Marvel Studios has been very successful giving audiences a little something extra with after the credits or mid-credits scenes. Often but not always, the after the credits scenes even help to set up and tease future movies. If a recent report on JoBlo.com is accurate, then 20th Century Fox might be planning their own after the credits tease with The Wolverine. According to what JoBlo.com classifies as an extremely reliable source, there was a new scene shot for The Wolverine this past Sunday. The scene reportedly took place in an airport and involved Wolverine running into Professor X. Even though the scene is being described as a re-shoot, the description makes it sound like it was something new shot possible as an after the credits tease. Both Hugh Jackman, who plays Wolverine, and Patrick Stewart, who plays Professor X, are currently in Montreal working on X-Men Days Of Future Past. How the source knew the scene was for Wolverine and not X-Men Days Of Future Past isn't revealed. However, Fox did hire Mark Millar to create a plan for tying all their movies together. Maybe, the scene is a last minute idea that the powers that be came up with to tease X-Men Days Of Future Past at the end of The Wolverine. The Wolverine is scheduled to be released at movie theaters in the United States on July 26th, 2013.
