The Hunger Games Mockingjay Part 1

Charitybuzz is auctioning off a walk on role in the film The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 1 to benefit charity. The winner will go to Atlanta for a day of filming before the end of production on April 18. They'll get to be a part of the film and will meet stars Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson, Liam Hemsworth and other cast members. The bidding just opened at Charitybuzz's website and will continue through March 27. They are also auctioning off a chance to visit the film's set in Atlanta, where producer Jon Kilik will introduce the winner and a friend to the cast and crew, and even treat them to lunch. Bidding is already up to $4,950 with 9 days left. Fans can bid here through March 20. Proceeds from the auctions support the Kristen Ann Carr Fund, which provides cancer research grants and seeks to improve the lives of cancer patients, especially adolescents and young adults. In The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 1, Katniss Everdeen reluctantly becomes the symbol of a mass rebellion against the autocratic Capitol. The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 1 opens in theaters November 21, 2014.
