We've seen a number of great Grand Theft Auto V mods over the past year or so, including a really cool one with Disney's The Lion King, a little bit of Rick and Morty in action, and even an Iron Man mod that went all out when it came to making the city your playground. But now we may have stumbled upon an even greater one than all of those – Dragon Ball Z!

As reported by Kotaku, a new mod has arrived for Grand Theft Auto V that lets you play as the powerful Goku, throwing fireballs without a care in the world and using teleportation to get around easily. You can also use these powers with a regular character, if you prefer.

The mod was put together by JulioNIB, who's been hard at work on bringing it to life. Thus far, though, the mod looks top-notch, with a number of techniques being implemented into each character to make them feel as Dragon Ball Z-ish as possible.

JulioNIB is no stranger to mods for the game, previously working on ones that included heroes like Iron Man and The Flash. However, this mod seems to push things up a notch, with your character being able to blast people with his fireballs, and coasting down city streets without taking a single step. Those Destructo Discs sure do pack a punch.

While we've seen Dragon Ball mods for Grand Theft Auto games before, this one really takes the cake, and it looks pretty impressive. It's still got some bugs to be worked out, but, as you can see from the gameplay videos above and below, it's really good stuff – especially if you've been looking for a nice change of pace from the usual Grand Theft Auto norm. The above video features the Goku form, but the one below also has DBZ-like powers thrown in, so you can see your character jack up a helicopter with a Kamehameha. Because that's the way it should be done.

It appears that the mod is only available for the PC version of the game, but it's well worth a look if you have it – especially if you want to throw fireballs instead of using firearms.

Grand Theft Auto V is available now for PC, as well as Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
