Newt and Kowalski solemnly swear that they are up to no good!

The newest image from Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald has been released online, and it teases another adventurous partnership between the eccentric wizard Newt Scamander (Eddie Redmayne) and muggle baker Jacob Kowalski (Dan Fogler).

GamesRadar exclusively shared the image online Tuesday morning, and it's set to appear in Total Film Magazine.

At first glance, this photo poses brings up one major question in the minds of fans: How did Kowalski and Newt find their way back to one another?

If you recall, the two characters met in the first Fantastic Beasts film, spending most of their time together and helping to bring down Grindelwald-in-disguise. However, as the movie came to a close, the two friends had to part ways. After his memory was wiped away, Kowalski went on to open his own bakery in New York. Newt, on the other hand, left on a ship back to London to release his book.

Somehow, the two find a way to cross paths once again. As if that wasn't enough, Kowalski and Newt eventually make their way to a city that looks an awful lot like Paris.

The Crimes of Grindelwald, which is set to hit theaters in November 16, 2018, is being directed by David Yates, and features Jude Law as a younger Albus Dumbledore.
