Mark Wahlberg and Denzel Washington In First Official Photo From 2 Guns

Two of Hollywood's biggest leading men -- Denzel Washington and Mark Wahlberg -- appear in the first official still for 2 Guns, one of Hollywood's smallest comic book adaptations of 2013. JoBlo, who debuted the image at right, describe it as follows: "Adapted from the graphic novel of the same name, 2 GUNS is a pulp story a man named Trench who has targeted a local bank to rob and asked another thief named Steadman in on the job. Trench figures it's a great way to score – considering it's a cover for mob money. They'll be thieves ripping off thieves. But what Steadman doesn't know is that Trench is a DEA agent. And what Trench doesn't know is that Steadman's got his own secret and isn't who he appears to be..." With Sylvester Stallone's Bullet to the Head hitting theaters a week from now, 2 Guns releasing its first official still and a new story nearly every day about Sin City: A Dame to Kill For, this looks to be a good year for crime and noir comics, in addition to the superhero stuff planned at Marvel.
