It's always tough when you've got a movie like Avengers: Age of Ultron, because whatever you do with the trailer isn't going to please everybody.

Here at ComicBook.com, we all took away slightly different things from the recent trailer drop, with some people disappointed they didn't see more and some others (this writer included) feeling that there's already been a bit too much revealed and that maybe seeing more of it in the context of the film would help the eventual experience of the movie.

So, of course, when it came time to write up a list of some of the things that we'd like to get a taste of before May 1, that responsibility fell to somebody in the second camp.

What's left to see, that would be cool and exciting but not spoil much of the film? Read on...!

vision

Better look at The Vision

This one has been maddening. I'm not sure that The Vision is something that merits the kind of absurd level of secrecy and teasing that they've been subjecting their audience to. He's a great character who should be interesting in the movie, but it's hard to imagine him, as a screen presence and an effect, being more impressive or cooler than Groot or the Hulk.

So...why so secretive? Why not just give us a good look at the character? I guess the answer is that since they haven't, we're still talking about it and anticipating it...but I'd rather finally see him in full, get excited about it, and move on.

Baron Von Strucker

Baron Von Strucker

There are a handful of characters in this film where you know they're around, and maybe you've even seen them in a shot or two, but their actual role in the story isn't established or clear. As the movie draws closer and we feel like we know more about the story, that's starting to feel a bit like a jigsaw puzzle with one too many pieces.

Von Strucker fits into that, especially since we know that he had both "the Twins" and Loki's scepter the last time we saw him...and that both of those things will be out in the wider world at some point in Age of Ultron. For somebody who controlled a couple of strategically-key things, it's strange that we have so little idea of how they fit into the film itself.

Selvig DarkW2

Erik Selvig

This one is similar, although Selvig feels even more arbitrary in this film. Clearly, they must be setting up more of Thor: Ragnarok than we had previously been led to believe, but all we really know is that he's in Age of Ultron; we have no idea at all what sort of role he might play in it.

Hopefully a little less underwear than in Thor: The Dark World.

Other Asgardians

Basically the same as Selvig, except that it seems some of the Asgardians might be key to Thor's subplot in the film. Will Loki's seat atop Odin's throne help shape the Thunder God's future? This is where we should start to see a little of his plans taking shape.

FALCON GENERIC

Falcon

With rumors that all or some of the key Avengers will take a back seat in Avengers: Infinity War Part One, it's interesting that we've seen relatively little from guys like Falcon and War Machine so far.

Of course, we've seen plenty from some of the other heroes who don't have their own solo franchises, from Hulk to Hawkeye.
