Original Sin, Marvel's Crossover Event Of 2014, Begins In May

Who killed the Watcher? That's the question in Marvel's 2014 crossover event Original Sin, revealed today at USA Today. The series, written by Jason Aaron with art by Mike Deodato, will take place over eight issues, released in four months. The story will follow two separate groups of heroes trying to piece together the mystery of Uatu's death. One, led by Nick Fury, will include high profile Avengers like Captain America, Spider-Man and Wolverine. The other is a more unusual group, including Doctor Strange, Emma Frost, the Punisher and others. This will be the first time that Jason Aaron has scripted one of Marvel's annual events, so it will be interesting to see where he takes this story. Original Sin #1 will be released in May, preceded by Original Sin #0 by Mark Waid and Jim Cheung in April.
