Megan Fox as April O'Neil

Though she knows it will disappoint some fans, Megan Fox told Entertainment Weekly that she will not be taking her clothes off in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. "I'm completely clothed for the entire movie," said Fox. "There's no gratuitous skin or sexual anything. [Director Jonathan Liebesman] was really insistent on not wanting her to be sexualized or to take that sort of typical role we've seen women take in movies thus far, and that I've taken in particular." Fox plays April O'Neil in the film, but won't be wearing April's trademark jumpsuit. Instead, she's decked out in jeans and a yellow leather jacket. Fox said that's not the only thing that's changed about this version of April. "She's more of a leader when she explores her relationship with the turtles instead of just the human companion that gets dragged along on the adventure," said Fox. "It's more representative of a modern woman." In Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, from their home in the storm sewers of Manhattan, four Ninjitsu-trained turtles, Leonardo, Raphael, Michelangelo and Donatello and their sensei, Master Splinter, battle evil. Teenage Mutants Ninja Turtles comes to theaters August 8, 2014.
