Happy Birthday! Lynda Carter Turns 64 Today

Today is Lynda Carter's birthday.

Carter, of course, is known to generations of viewers as Wonder Woman. Carter starred as DC's top heroine in the iconic Wonder Woman television series on ABC and CBS. As Wonder Woman and her alter ego, Diana Prince, Carter starred in all of the series' 59 episodes between 1975 and 1979. Indeed, Carter became the general public's ambassador to Wonder Woman and comic book heroines.

After Wonder Woman ended, Carter moved on to a number of other television series and movies, including Super Troopers, Sky High, and the Dukes of Hazzard reboot. In addition to her on-screen efforts, Carter is the voice of Azura in the Elder Scrolls video game series.
