Viz Media Announces Sped-Up Release Dates For 'My Hero Academia' Manga

My Hero Academia season one was fantastic, with the series only getting better and more popular when season two was released earlier this year. Last week though, the season ended with double the episodes of what season one gave fans. Already, fans are eagerly awaiting the anime's return, with them needing more of Izuku Midoriya's story.

Midoriya has always wanted to become a hero in a world where everyone has quirks, (superpowers) however; Midoriya was born without any, which is an incredibly unusual thing. Although, Midoriya's idol in All Might, the number 1 hero in the world and the image of peace, made Midoriya his successor. All Might's quirk is called All For One, which is transferable. Now Midoriya has a powerful quirk, however, he can't use it just yet without crippling his body. Therefore, he attends the number 1 hero school in the world, as his goal is to be the greatest hero ever.

Due to the incredible success of the series, everyone is making sure that fans don't have to wait too long for the next installment of the franchise. Less than a week after season 3 was announced, Funimation released information to the delight of My Hero Academia fans that the company now have the license for the upcoming season at New York's Comic-Con.

In addition, Viz Media also had an announcement regarding the series, with them announcing that they will be releasing collections of Kohei Horikoshi's manga on a monthly basis. The reason for this is so that anime fans in North America can catch up to the Japanese audience, with volume 10 set to hit the U.S. on November 7th while Japan is currently up to volume 15. The series' popularity has exploded, with everyone who holds the rights to the franchise making sure that it isn't forgotten anytime soon.
