Masashi Kishimoto, the man behind the creation of one of the largest anime franchises ever, has praised the arrival of the My Hero Academia anime. Kishimoto is the creator of the story of a little blond-haired boy who was hated by his village for some unknown reason, the young untalented boy wearing orange strived to become Hokage. Naruto was this young boys name and earlier this week the franchise celebrated 15 years since the anime debuted.

According to this manga page that was released by Kishimoto showcasing his beloved ninja Naruto cheering on the young hero in Midoriya, Kishimoto is a major My Hero Academia fanatic. Midoriya's story is quite similar to Naruto's in the sense that both were born with no power and had to work for their respect, with Naruto finally achieving the greatness he deserves.

Midoriya was born quirk-less, (without any superpowers) which is something almost unheard of in this world. However, by chance, he ran into his idol and the strongest hero in the world All Might. The number 1 hero was impressed with Midoriya's courage as he tried to save his friend from death, despite having no quirk. As a result, All Might handed down his powers to Midoriya, similar to how Naruto's father the fourth Hokage handed Kurama to Naruto. The only issue is Midoriya's body cannot cope with this power and so his story begins.

The second season of My Hero Academia has only recently just ended with season three already in production. Meanwhile, Naruto's story is also still going strong with the newest spin-off in Boruto: Naruto Next Generations already having almost the same amount of episodes that My Hero Academia has. Naruto Shippuden ended earlier this year but the story continues through Naruto's son. For now it looks as if Kishimoto will also be eagerly awaiting the next season of My Hero Academia, just as all their fans are.
