After years of training, you might think k-pop idols know everything there is to being on stage. Still, accidents can - and have - happened for even the biggest groups, but EXO and Wanna One did their best to keep anyone from being injured at a recent music program.

This week, MBC Gayo Daejejeon returned and hosted brand-new performances from groups like Monsta X and more. However, fans found themselves distracted when EXO and Wanna One teamed up to keep any idols from falling down a poorly placed hole on the show's stage (via Koreaboo).

You may recall that SEVENTEEN found itself at the wrong end of the MBC stage hole earlier this year. During a previous episode of Gayo Daejejeon, Jeonghan fell victim to the unassuming hole when he tried to make his way on stage with the group. As you can see below, the singer nearly fell through the slender hole but banged his knee instead.

However, it looks like that hole has yet to be covered. EXO and Wanna One noticed the gaping hazard, and they took turns bodyguarding the area so no one could fall in like Jeonghan did.

Over on Youtube, fans collected videos from the recent MBC episode which show Baekhyun very obviously wandering away from EXO to stand in front of the whole. As the reel continues, fans can watch as members of EXO and Wanna One switch off roles in guarding the area. When it came time for the show to end, both groups hovered around the hole while all the girl groups left the stage, and fans admit they are impressed by the kind of consideration the top bands showed.
