A Reminder That Fireproof Skulls Are Perfect For Halloween

The heavy skull "logs" are handmade with ceramic and steel and can be purchased in white, black, brown and dark grey. They are intended to be placed in firepits, campfires, and even fireplaces to achieve a supremely creepy effect. The skulls are roughly life-size for an adult, and are said to look even more realistic after burning.

The problem is that they run at least $80 a pop on Amazon, and you'll need several if you want to have a properly disturbing fire pit going in your yard this Halloween. Still, if you have the means and like to go big on your Halloween decor, this is one way to do it. Anybody up for s'mores?
