WonderCon: Axe Cop Trailer Debuts

Earlier today at WonderCon, Fox released a trailer for Axe Cop, a new, 15-minute series that will launch Fox's Animation Domination High-Def, an alternative to Adult Swim set to premiere Saturday, July 27. The series is based on Axe Cop, the webcomic and comic book series created by then five-year-old Malachai Nicolle, who plotted the book for his 29-year-old brother, Ethan, who provided the art. It chronicles the adventures of an axe-wielding police officer (shocking, we know) and his allies and enemies. Axe Cop was developed for television by Fox's animation unit and stars Megan Mullally, Patton Oswalt, Ken Marino and Peter Serafinowicz.
