Man Of Steel Home Page

For the last couple hours, the official Man Of Steel movie home page has been showing static with what sounds like jumbled transmission background noise. The first time we visited the site, we though maybe it was some type of error with getting the trailer to load. However, since it's been going on for a couple hours now, we're expecting it's some type of viral campaign. The static and transmission noise is just like something you would expect to hear in an old science fiction movie right before an alien race makes contact. We're really expecting at any moment for General Zod's face to pop in telling the people of Earth to surrender. So how long will Warner Bros. play static on the Man Of Steel home page? What is it all leading up to? Well, with a new Man Of Steel trailer known to be coming soon, it's possible there might be an early release of the trailer online before it hits theaters. It's also possible that it's something that will tie into Henry Cavill's appearance at the MTV Movie Awards on Sunday. The official Man Of Steel Facebook page and Twitter have been quiet about what's going on, but the static is starting to generate buzz, so Warner Bros. appears to have launched a successful viral campaign without announcing it.
