Stan Lee Makes Forbes' List Of Most Influential Celebrities

Comic book legend Stan Lee has found his way onto Forbes Magazine's list of the most influential celebrities of 2014. Lee is in the company of such Hollywood luminaries as Steven Spielberg (who topped the list), Martin Scorsese and George Lucas. The magazine explained that Stan Lee isn't normally considered for such lists, but that he was included because so many of the characters he created are being turned into blockbuster Hollywood hits. Stan Lee is, of course, the co-creator of such huge characters as The Avengers, the X-Men, Spider-Man, and the Fantastic Four. 50 years later, they have all been turned into big money movie franchises, featuring frequent cameos by Stan "The Man" himself.
