Captain America The Winter Soldier Easter EggsWarning:

This article contains spoilers for Captain America: The Winter Soldier if you consider Easter Eggs to be spoilers. However, if you want to know what Easter Eggs to watch for in the film, then keep reading. Even though Captain America: The Winter Soldier isn't scheduled for wide release in the U.S. until April, there have already been numerous press screenings of the film. Several of the cast and crew of the film have also been doing promotional interviews, where they've dropped a couple of hints in regards to the Marvel Easter Eggs that will be in the film. Here is a list of the Captain America: The Winter Soldier Easter Eggs that have been revealed so far. Avengers Tower - In an interview with SlashFilm, Marvel Studios President of Production Kevin Feige said, "You get a quick glimpse, I don't know if you noticed, of the new Stark Tower – which is not the Stark Tower it's the new Avengers Tower in Captain America: The Winter Soldier. We show it in there. It goes by *snaps* real fast during that targeting sequence. But it's there." Doctor Strange – According to multiple sources, there is a big Doctor Strange shout-out in Captain America: The Winter Soldier. Doctor Strange is one of the films that Marvel Studios is developing for Phase Three, so Captain America: The Winter Soldier marks the first official reference to his existence in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Quicksilver & Scarlet Witch – This one isn't so much an Easter Egg, as it is a set-up for Avengers: Age of Ultron. Quicksilver & Scarlet Witch make an appearance as the twins in a Captain America: The Winter Soldier post-credits scene, which was directed by Joss Whedon. It's one of two post-credits scenes in the film. Iron Man – In one scene, which has already been released by Marvel Studios as a clip, Nick Fury asks Alexander Pierce for a favor. After agreeing to the favor, Pierce says, "Fine, but you've got to get Iron Man to stop by my niece's birthday party. And not just a flyby, he's got to mingle." It's just one of a couple of references to other Avengers in the film. Captain America: The Winter Soldier is scheduled to be released in movie theaters on April 4, 2014.
