Kevin Smith Performs Run-D.M.C.'s Peter Piper On Arsenio Hall Show

On last night's episode of Arsenio, Kevin Smith revealed that he is a big fan of classic hip-hop music. "Early, early on in the '80s," Smith said, "when hip-hop finally made it into the suburbs, I was there at a cassette store buying cassettes and albums of early Run DMC, Public Enemy, Audio Two, and on, and on, and on." If Smith was stuck on a desert island with nothing but a single cassette? He'd take a Run DMC greatest hits tape. Arsenio Hall put him to the test, having Smith perform a rendition of the Run DMC's "Pied Piper" after introducing him as "Silent B.O.B."
