People Are Telling Megan Fox They're Excited For Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

There was a significantly negative reaction from fans when they heard that Megan Fox would be playing reporter and ally April O'Neil in the new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie, at least around the internet. Fox tells MTV that he reaction doesn't bother her.

"Someone's always going to be upset about something," she said. "When you're [making] a movie like this and making it live-action, there are things where you'll have to depart from the original material a little bit. People will be disappointed, but I think people will be overwhelmed with how exciting and amazing and how fresh and how true to the original this is — but you can't please everyone all the time."

In fact, Fox says that she has, personally, received the opposite reaction.

"I've never had more people come up to me to tell me they're excited about a movie than this one," she said. "Nothing I've been a part of before has had that sort of reaction."
