A new featurette released by Warner Brothers is thoroughly introducing fans to members of the new anti-hero group coming to theaters later this summer, the Suicide Squad.

Among the Squad are some of DC Comics' most unconventional characters: Deadshot, Katana, Harley Quinn, Rick Flag, Killer Croc, El Diablo, and others. Each of them is teased in the new featurette with their powers being revealed and possibly some foreshadowing of extra bits to expect when Suicide Squad hits theaters.

Starting with Killer Croc, the narrator calls him "the biggest man on the pitch," before saying he "will snatch anything out of anywhere!" Then, the attention turns to El Diablo. "He's got exceptional skill with pyrokinesis," the narrator explains, "but needs to keep that anger in check."

Slipknot's abilities are not explicitly stated, but teased when the narrator claims Slipknot is "bound to tie the opponent's winger in knots." All of these abilities will be instructed by the group's fearless leader, Rick Flag, who is said to be "strong, regimented, and commands respect from this squad."

The source of some the film's comic relief looks to be Jai Courtney's Captain Boomerang, who "brings an air of ruthlessness to the team" according to the narrator, "but can he be trusted?" Speaking of trust, there's also Amanda Waller. "She sees all the angles and pulls the strings away from the danger zones," the narrator says.

Details on The Joker are still scarce but not to be taken lightly. "Not too much information on this guy but he's guaranteed to get the last laugh - just ask Batman," the narrator says before turning to Mr. J's lady friend, Harley Quinn, or as he describes her: "the Joker's partner in crime."

Katana will bring some serious fight the squad but will also have Maseo tagging along. "Small and slight, plays with a lot of soul and will slice through to defenses," the narrator says of the female warrior. Sticking with the females in the line-up, next up is Enchantress who is said to be surrounded by mystery. "She's definitely one to keep an eye on."

Finally, Deadshot's abilities are teased before the video concludes, saying he has "killer instincts and deadly accuracy from any shooting position." Possibly emerging as a leader of the Squad, "Floyd Lawton does not accept anything but perfection and his rap sheet proves this."

Suicide Squad hits theaters August 5, 2016.
