Captain America: Civil War was incredibly well received, but while the conflict between Cap and Iron Man was the movie's focal point, two team members stole the show.

Those would be Spider-Man from Team Iron Man and Ant-Man from Team Cap, and both heroes took the spotlight with ease during the action-packed airport scene. That's the sequence where fans finally got to see Scott Lang grow into his Giant-Man persona, and it certainly delivered.

At some point, though, it seems the idea of having Ant-Man on Team Iron Man was considered, as this concept art from Andy Park, who works at Marvel Studios as a Visual Development Supervisor, seems to indicate.

"An early keyframe painting I did for #CaptainAmericaCivilWar #Antman #Giantman vs. #CaptainAmerica Whaa??"

It shows Giant-Man attempting to strike down Captain America, but ultimately the studio decided to stick Lang on Cap's squad, and the film was better for it. You needed a scene stealer on both sides, plus Lang's inherent likeability helped endear fans more to Cap's side, especially with the polarizing Winter Solider already on the team.

This is the latest in a series of concept art assets that Park has released via Twitter. He previously released the keyframe he did for the iconic Hawkeye Ant-Man team up that see's Ant-Man launched on one of Hawkeye's arrows. In yet another scene-stealing moment, Ant-Man is launched directly at Iron Man's armor and proceeds to cause havoc once inside. The moment is based on events seen in Avengers #233 from Ed Hannigan and Klaus Janson.
