'The Gifted' Episode 2: "rX" Preview Released

Fox has unveiled a promo for "rX", the second episode of The Gifted's first season.

As is expected with second episode promos, the video shows what to expect for the series' upcoming season, as well as in next week's episode. Check it out above.

Andy and Lauren talk to Caitlin, asking what will happen with their father, Reed. Reed is then shown in prison fatigues alongside Polaris. Caitlin declares that they will find Reed.

Blink is shown going into a state of shock. Turner is shown walking through a hallway. Eclipse talks about mutants hunting other mutants for Sentinel Services.

Dr. Campbell talks to Turner, proposing a partnership between the two of them. Polaris and Reed are shown in prison cells, with Reed telling her that they need to stick together.

A bunch of soldiers fire weapons upward at a building. Inside of a building, sparks fly. Thunderbird proclaims that their crusade is more about hunting mutants - it's about survival.

Lauren and Thunderbird are shown standing outside of an opened vault.

Caitlin tells her children that they need to leave, and gives them a hug.

Andy is shown using his powers through a hole in the wall of the vault, causing soldiers to fall. Blink stands on a road, screaming as trucks chase her.

Caitlin and Lauren hug. Caitlin tells her children that now it's time for them to fight the mutants' fights.

Andy uses his powers on a car, and later on a door. Caitlin proclaims that she isn't losing her children.

Eclipse and Polaris kiss. Lauren holds open a portal. Thunderbird punches a soldier in the face.

Turner interrogates Reed, telling him that his family's safety depends on his ability to help them find the Mutant Underground.

The Gifted airs Mondays at 9 p.m. ET on Fox.
