American Ninja Warrior Sensation Kacy Catanzaro: Maybe Arrow's Stephen Amell Could Teach Me a Few Things

TV's Kacy Catanzaro, the most accomplished female contestant in the history of American Ninja Warrior and, shortly thereafter, a viral sensation online, might hit the gym to train with Arrow's Stephen Amell, she told Entertainment Weekly Radio.

During an interview embedded below, she told the Sirius XM station that "his form is just tip-top. Maybe he could teach me some things. I wouldn't hate that."

Her remarks came in response to his "superhero workout" videos, posted during Arrow's hiatus and showing him experimenting with a number of exercises that will help him remain convincing on the DC Comics adaptation, including parkour and other American Ninja Warrior-friendly skills.

EW reports that Catanzaro also talked about a potential career as a stuntwoman, something that might be a great career for somebody who knows Amell. After all, virtually everyone except the Emmys agree that Arrow's stunts are awards-worthy.

For his part, Amell -- who has apparently worked out with Catanzaro's boyfriend, former American Ninja Warrior competitor Brent Steffensen -- has expressed his desire to appear on American Ninja Warrior more than once.
