Ava is consoled by Nate Heywood and contacts the Department of Extranormal Operations (DEO), unaware that it was destroyed. John Constantine returns to his house with Zari Tarazi and Astra Logue and fails to use magic to find Sara, but discovers a human chrysalis in Gary Green's room, and glasses that can transform their wearer. Behrad Tarazi reads about a girl named Esperanza "Spooner" Cruz who could communicate with aliens, so Ava sends him and Mick Rory to recruit her, but they're captured by her and Ava fails to reason with her, so Mick tranquilizes and kidnaps her. On a spaceship, Sara escapes from her containment pod and frees Spartacus, only for him to be eaten by an alien. Sara attacks one of the aliens, but it reveals itself to be Gary, who was sent to Earth to acquire the best human (Sara). His adventures with the Legends made him fall in love with humans, so he agrees to help her escape. They open a wormhole to reach Earth's temporal zone, and knock Gary's boss and fiancée, Kayla, out of the spaceship and into the temporal zone by releasing other containment pods. The spaceship fails to reach the wormhole in time, and falls onto another planet. show less

The Legends soon find themselves tracking an Alien in 1950s San Bernadino and having to figure out what is making the town go on a feeding frenzy. Zari lets Behrad know she is ready to use the Totem, but Behrad isn't ready to share it, causing tension between them. Meanwhile, after crash landing, Sara tries to figure out a plan and runs into none other than Amelia Earhart who could be her ticket home. show less
