According to Samuel L. Jackson, Nick Fury will have a relatively small role in the upcoming film, "Avengers: Age of Ultron." "I'm just kind of passing by there," Jackson told Yahoo. "I'm not really doing so much, I don't think. Because it's another one of those 'people who have powers fighting people who have powers.' That's why I didn't get to New York during 'The Avengers,' because there wouldn't be a lot I could do besides shoot a gun. So, there's no need in having me there." There are a lot of character in "Avengers: Age of Ultron," so it makes sense that some characters will have less to do than others. We've already heard that Hawkeye has a bigger role to play in "Age of Ultron" than he did in the original film, so maybe Fury's role was reduced to make room. Then again, it's a little hard to see how Hawkeye shooting a bow and arrow is any more effective than Fury shooting a gun, when battling a sentient artificial intelligence, but I guess we'll see. In "Avengers: Age of Ultron," the Avengers reassemble to battle the sentient robot known as Ultron. "Avengers: Age of Ultron" comes to theaters May 1, 2015.
