Amazing Spider-Man 2: Is this Electro?

As The Amazing Spider-Man filmed in Times Square earlier today, Twitter user John Maffeo snapped what's purported to be the first known photograph of the film's villain, Electro. "I see Jamie Foxx, he's light blue and dressed like the Emperor!" Maffeo said, referencing the iconic Star Wars villain. It seems, though (and Maffeo agrees) that the cloak was really just being used to disguise Electro and is likely not the actual costume. In any event, here's our first (unofficial, blurry) image of the villain, obviously glowing in the dark a little bit. Discuss.
