DC's Legends Of Tomorrow Casts Mitchell Kummen As Young Heatwave

DC's Legends of Tomorrow has cast actor Mitchell Kummen as a younger version of Dominic Purcell's Mick Rory, Variety reports.

The CW describes Kummen's Rory as "a confused teenager whose love of fire becomes lethal."

Kummen will appear in the April 21 episode, titled "Last Refuge," directed by Tank Girl's Rachel Talalay and written by Chris Fedak & Matthew Maala.

Kummen is best known for his role in Horns alongside Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe. A recently-released trailer for the rest of the Legends of Tomorrow season revealed that the Time Masters will be sending an agent into the past to kill the team's members when they're younger and before they band together to become a problem.
