SDCC is probably the craziest weekend of the year in terms of comic related news and announcements. We can't blame you if you just want to curl up in a ball and cry whenever you log into Twitter or visit ComicBook.com and see all the announcements just streaming in. Luckily, I'm here to help you with a quick and handy guide to the five BIGGEST announcements of the previous day.

Have you seen the Batman v. Superman trailer yet?

Because you really should. If we had to describe The Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice trailer one word, it most most likely be FKJADGLKDSJGLDSKGJSDLKF!!! It had everything: Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, kryptonite, dead Robins, cities getting blown up, Lex Luthor in a VERY bad wig, and plenty of DC awesomeness. ComicBook.com has you covered for all your trailer analysis needs. We broke down the trailer here, covered the five top moments from it here and covered every single Easter egg we could find here. I don't know about you, but I am about a billion times more excited to see Batman v. Superman than I was yesterday.

What other DC news came out of the WB Movie panel?

While Batman V. Superman was the entrée at WB's movie panel, they had plenty of other big news for DC fans. The Suicide Squad (save for Jared Leto) made a surprise appearance at Hall H and fans were treated to a surprise sizzle reel for the Will Smith movie, coming out next year. ComicBook.com has a complete description of the reel, which includes an incredible creepy Joker moment. Also announced was a new Green Lantern Corps movie, which will replace the previously announced Green Lantern movie on the DC slate of films. The title Green Lantern Corps implies that we'll see multiple Earth Green Lanterns, so maybe John Stewart, Guy Gardner and Kyle Rayner will all appear in the DC Cinematic Universe.

Who's coming back to DC Comics?

The surprises kept coming from DC on Saturday, as DC announced the return of Milestone characters such as Static and Icon, in a brand new line of books. The Milestone characters will reside on "Earth-M", which is considered one of the 52 worlds in the DC Multiverse. Original Milestone creator Denys Cowan, Reginald Hudlin and DC creative superstars Jim Lee and Geoff Johns will all work on new Milestone projects, although DC did not announce any release dates.

What Other Speedsters Will Race Into The Flash?

And you thought Jay Garrick was big news. The Flash put fans everywhere into a tailspin when it announced that Wally West AND Zoom were headed to the second season. Let's repeat that one more time. Zoom. And Wally West. The two go together with the Flash's mythology like chocolate and crack-laced peanut butter. Series show runner Andre Kriesberg confirmed that the Zoom character—a derivative of the late Reverse Flash (also known as Professor Zoom) in the comics, is faster and deadlier than both Reverse Flash and Barry Allen. The Flash was already the most epic comic book show on network television, but this news puts it into a league of its own.

What about X-Men: Apocalypse and Deadpool?

20th Century Fox ended the evening with a presentation on their upcoming slate of films, which includes Fantastic Four, Deadpool, and X-Men Apocalypse. From all reports, the trailer for Deadpool blew the roof off of Hall H, with fans demanding an encore immediately after the trailer had finished. The Deadpool panel happily complied. You can find our recap of the trailer here. Attendees also saw some early footage from X-Men: Apocalypse, which we recapped here. The footage gave us the first real look as Oscar Isaac as Apocalypse. Hugh Jackman also made a surprise appearance and hinted that his final Wolverine film would be at least loosely based on Mark Millar's Old Man Logan storyline.
