An extended cut -- or at least deleted scenes -- will be included on the X-Men: Days of Future Past Blu-ray release later this year, according to producer Lauren Shuler Donner.

While her Twitter account is not verified, this account has been quoted as Donner in the past and there has never been a problem. She also tagged a number of X-Men-related verified accounts in her comments, so that theoretically incorrect information would have been caught.

When a fan asked about the prospect of including the material -- which is reportedly fairly Rogue- and Iceman-heavy -- Donner responded in the affirmative. She didn't give much more in the way of details.
