Keep your shirts on, Hulkamaniacs. It looks like more training, prayers and vitamins will be required before we get to hear Rick Derringer's sweet guitar licks and see the Hulkster reemerge before a WWE audience. This week, Hulk Hogan appeared on Eric Bischoff's new MLW Radio podcast to address the story his daughter Brooke had told TMZ about ongoing discussions between himself and the WWE to work Wrestlemania 33 in Orlando. Hogan said:

"Brooke's running around on TMZ and made the statement about me and wrestling and WrestleMania. For the record, she needs the big boot to the head. I haven't talked to anybody about WrestleMania. I just need to put that to rest.

I asked Brooke, 'What are you doing?' She goes, 'Oh, well, I'm just starting it up.' I said, 'Thanks Brooke.' It was kind of funny. I said, 'No harm. No foul.' It was all in good fun."

A boot to the head seems a little harsh, but at least Hulk didn't threaten his own daughter with the fingerpoke of doom. Which do you believe? Was Brooke working us with her false leak or is Hulk working us now with his denial? In the world of pro wrestling, one never can be sure.

Hulk Hogan has wrestled in 12 different Wrestlemanias, headlining the first 9. He was last seen two years ago at Wrestlemania 31, where he made a run-in (well, hobble-in) with the NWO to get involved in the Sting vs Triple H matchup.

Will the controversy that surrounded his sex tape and racially insensitive comments keep him out of a WWE ring for good or will he make it back into Vince's good graces in time for Wrestlemania 33?
