Secret Wars Spoilers: Doctor Doom's Greatest Secret Revealed

Secret Wars #3 hit comic shop stands today and brought with it a whole new batch of revelations about the secrets and origins of Battleworld.

In midst of Jonathan Hickman and Esad Ribic's Marvel epic came a revel that has been decades in the making, something that has only been glimpsed at before: the fully scarred face of Doctor Doom.

As mentioned, his face has been seen in shadow before, and on occasion he has had his scars healed, but this is the first full front shot of the face of Doom we've seen.

What's interesting is that, on Battleworld, Doctor Doom is a god. He can do basically anything. He turned the Human Torch into this world's sun! So why can't he heal his own scarred face? Perhaps the answer will be revealed in issues to come.
